Description
Field Services Desktop Technician This position in the Tri-Central/Baldwin Park Service Area carrys a variable shift schedule (Su-Th, M-F, Tu-Sa), with potential to rotate around a 1st (8AM-5PM), 2nd (4PM-1AM) or 3rd (12AM-9AM) shift, including weekends and holidays *** Skills: Desktop support in a distributed computing environment. Troubleshooting and customer service skills. Applications include Win 2000/XP, MS Office, and Lotus Notes. Experience in a healthcare environment, as well as Epic and Remedy experience a plus. As a senior level technician, you will provide technical and problem-solving support to users in the Baldwin Park Service Area. Areas of support include desktop hardware and operating environments, printers, network operating systems, PDAs and end-user software applications. You will also coordinate and install end-user hardware in conjunction with analysts and vendors.
