Requirements:

Technical skills required: Strong MS Office skills Experienced with Lotus Notes Strong MS Windows 2000 and NT skills PDA and Blackberry skills Training and/or certifications in 1 or more of the following: A+ Certified Technician, MCP, CCNA All candidates must: Work well within a team structure Strong customer service skills Ability to follow established processes and procedures Have the availity to travel between client sites Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills Solid work ethic Excellent time management and leadership skills Self starter Ability to integrate rapidly with an existing team Outstanding interpersonal skills
