Genesis10 Consulting, has partnered with the nations leading healthcare provider and is seeking 3 experienced Desktop Support Technician for a 2 month contract in Portland, OR.

Genesis10 Consulting, has partnered with the nations leading healthcare provider and is seeking 3 experienced Desktop Support Technician for a 5 month contract in Fontana, CA.

Provide user and desktop support for NT4.0 W2K, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office Suite. Coordiante administrative activities required to support complex LAN, including configuration, training, installation, maintenance, support and documentation fo hardware/software logs and operating procedures. Installs and configures PC/LAN hardware and software. Administers and supports PC's and network devices. Maintains and updates workstation configuration, coordinates basic user administrations. Provides excellent customer service to computer users.
