Description
Kaiser Permanente, partnering with Genesis10 Consulting, is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician for a 3 month contract in Panorama, CA.

Approximately 4,000 users from the Panorama City Medical Center and outlying Clinics are going to be migating from Microsoft Outlook to Lotus Notes. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, is familiar with the Win2K OS and Lotus Notes 6.5. The candidate needs to have experience installing, configuring and providing deskside support. There will be pre and post-migration support required. Some administrative effort will be required during the pre-migration efforts.

*Please note that the bulk of the work will be done in Panorama City however a small amount of travel may be required. Kaiser will not reimburse for mileage for this position.
