Our client, a major Fortune 500 company is looking for Desktp Support Technician in Anahiem, CA.


Job Responsibilities:

Provides technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related software/hardware.

Trouble shoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when related to personal desktop computers.

Typically, the analyst level participates in supportive role by providing analytical and in person technical support.

Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.

Under little supervision, plans, installs, and tests less complex vendor supplied computer system hardware or software.

May also provide some phone support.

Experience/Skills
Must have 2+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have 1+ Years AD migration experience.

Must have 1+ Years Desktop troubleshooting experience.

Desired Skills:

Have 1+years of experience with MS Office

Desktop Support, Desktop Support Technician, Desktop Support Analyst,Teoubleshoot, Active Directory, Phone Support.
