Are you a PC Tech/Desktop Support guru, able to resolve any hardware or software issue with a snap of your fingers? Do you have 2+ years experience doing so for internal customers, both technical and non-technical? If so, we've got a great opportunity for you! Our Cedar Rapids client is in desperate need for a PC Tech to support, analyze and resolve hardware and associated software issues, which will include performing hardware/software repairs and maintenance on a wide range of PCs, laptops and peripherals. Additional duties of the position will include evaluating existing computer system hardware and performing system upgrades, customizing and testing computer systems, and resolving configuration conflicts and errors. This individual will also be responsible for installing, integrating and configuring new computer systems and hardware for users. Experience/Skills
