Description
Our client, a major leader in information technology is currently looking for a Desktop Support to join their team in Charleston, SC.

Job Responsibilities:

his person will be supporting shop floor computer devices and application, with focus on end user support and 1st Level troubleshooting.

Interface between end user and rest of support/development team.

Setup and install MES workstations and barcode scanners following established guidelines and procedures.

Contribute to maintaining and/or creating job aids/training material based upon end user needs.

Experience/Skills
Required Skills:

Must have 3-5 years of PC work experience.

PC desktop / laptop computer skills.

Basic Networking knowledge (IP, DHCP, Wireless devices)

Understanding of Active Directory and AD tools.

Good communication and people skills.

Connectivity of peripheral devices, i.e. printers, scanners.

Ability to multi-task.

Must have interest in learning 787 MES application.

Desired Skills:

Basic knowledge of Wonderware InTouch.
