Description
We currently have an exceptional Helpdesk Analyst position with an Enterprise Client on the Peninsula looking for a talented individual to join the team. This person would be responsible for first and second level end user IT support. Duties include (but not limited to) providing end-user and system support, installing and maintaining desktop hardware and software; creating, updating, and closing calls in the IT helpdesk call tracking system; user account administration and security. Experience/Skills
*Respond to all incoming calls. *Provide phone, floor and remote assistance support. *Ability to become familiar with all law firm applications. *Troubleshoot and resolve issues for end-users. *Identify general set up and configuration issues. *Work with East Coast headquarters and regional offices, consultants and vendors. *Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems. *Be able to work in a project or team-oriented environment. *Escalate calls to the next Tier level to ensure fast, accurate problem resolution. *Participate in on-call rotation for weekend and after-hours phone support coverage. Must Have: *2 plus years of experience providing user/desktop support. *Expert knowledge of PC hardware, printer and network environments. *Knowledge of Lotus Notes *Blackberry administration and troubleshooting. *Understand and use Citrix *MS Office Suite Plus: *Knowledge of other legal applications/software and/or telecommunications administration. *Experience working in a law firm work environment.
