Description
CDI IT Solutions is currently looking for an End User Support Analyst in Fremont, MI.

Seeking an End User Support Analyst for desktop support.

This person will be the on site desk support for PCs, laptops, printers, shop floor scanners etc.

Candidates will need to have basic skill sets including PC hardware and software troubleshooting, familiarity with all Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, etc) and some basic understanding of advanced server and networking concepts.

This individual will be desk side only.

Their model prohibits from any highly technical (server, network, etc) work being performed by these people.

The positions is in a office environment with some shop floor, manufacturing exposure relating to wireless bar code scanning support.

There is no really heavy networking.

Knowledge of basic concepts is fine.

There will be 175 users, 150 desktops.

Candidate should possess 5 years experience or less if the candidate really knows has a strong background.

An associates degree or comparable experience is fine.df-tc
