Description
A Robert Half Technology client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to supplement their current team. Position will be responsible for providing support for departmental software tools, including troubleshooting applications, providing support for application connectivity & assisting in the documentation of queries and reports! Role will also be responsible for the installation of software on departmental computers, tracking inventory of departmental hardware assignments, and testing new software releases.

Experience/Skills
2+ years of relevant experience or relevant college degreeMS Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Access)-Building reports, pivot tables, charts, & queriesLotus Notes-providing technical support for the application, building reports, and exporting dataODBC-supporting connectivity between various applicationsSQL-building and supporting queries using SQLVBA-scripting in Excel and/or Access
