Job Duties and Qualifications:

Duties: :
Responsible for maintaining system images for workstations within the organization as well as deployment, issuing and management of Operating Systems, hardware and software to all enterprise workstations using Microsoft System Management Server (SMS) and Ghost. Perform high level troubleshooting on Workstation and Server systems.

Required Skills:

• Create and deploy software packages using SMS.
• Plan, install, test and implement software packages
• Write and modify scripts of varying complexity
• Implement and support group-based centralized security model in an Active Directory environment
• Create and deploy images using SMS and Ghost
• Providing technical analysis of problems
• Administer Antivirus
• Project planning, estimations of task level details, updates to plan, and managing to plan. Updates project plans to meet evolving needs. Manages competing priorities.
• Providing operations, applications programming and end user support when required
• Adhere to change management and control procedures for systems.
• Communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. Knows when to communicate project issues and progress.
• Develop documentation including end-user documentation, installation instructions, network and system design documents, system & programming documentation, and test plans.
• Asset management, business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Issue logging, analysis, reporting and management. Maintains records on repairs, down time, changes and updates
• Trains users in the use of technology and systems.
• 4 year degree preferred
