Job Description:
Large defense/aerospace company searching for an experienced Desktop Technician to work a standard 40 hour work week, troubleshooting Windows 2000, XP professional & MS Office 2000 or 2003.

Should be experienced with tickeded Help Desk systems and server level agreements.

Candidate are required to maintain a high degree of confidentiality due to access to proprietary data.

Job Requirements:
Must be able to work standard 40 hour work schedule.
1 to 2+ years experience in similar troubleshooting role, with Windows 2000, XP Professional & Office 2000 or 2003 experience
2+ years experience in support of PC hardware.
Experience with a ticketed Help Desk System and Service Level Agreement
Able to lift 35 lbs unassisted
Self starter, task and deadline driven, and well organized
Adaptable to a quickly changing, team oriented, fast-paced, dynamic, enterprise environment
Excellent customer relation skills, both verbal and written
Previous experience working on at a Call Center/Help Desk
A+ or MCP certification is preferred
Candidates are required to maintain a high degree of confidentiality due to access to proprietary data
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and able to interact with clients
Technical support and/or customer service experience
