Description
Sentari Technologies is currently interviewing Exceptional Desktop Technicians with Outstanding Customer Service for a long term contract opportunity located in Fort Worth. Does this sound like you? Have you loaded and verified correct operation of all application software packages and operating systems used a big data network? Have you provided training and technical assistance to users in a courteous manner? Do you rock at identifying and resolving hardware, software, and operator problems? Are you able to make minor repairs and/or know when to refer to service personnel? Do you mind documenting work performed in the case management system and documenting processes and problem resolution in the knowledge base? Are you good at managing and prioritizing outstanding support issues? Are your judgement skills good.as in keeping supervisor informed of potential problems and knowing when to escalate issues when needed? Do you go above and beyond to look for opportunities in addition to your assigned responsibilities such as assisting as a resource on project implementation or helping other non technical folks with various aspects of information systems or assessing department needs and recommending equipment and software to purchase or recommending appropriate action to maintain current and up to date information systems? Required Skills:
Must have 3 years of experience with Windows 2000/XP support and troubleshooting experience in a corporate environment; Microsoft Office 2000/2003 support and troubleshooting experience; High School Diploma or GED, College graduate preferred, with additional specialized training in Computer Science or Information Systems PLUS three (3) years of PC operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite of products, Help Desk, networking, and PC hardware, or related fields is desirable.

Desired Skills:
Scripting, Image development and/or application packaging support is a plus.df-tc
