Description:
Provide training development services for computer-based training/instructor-led training courses.

Assist in determining training course structure.

Design and format training materials, learning guide and job aids.

Create storyboard for onlline courses from instructor-led training material.

Support communication team with internal and external communications on FRE Program.

Communicate status to Project Management on weekly basis.

Identify and elevate issues or concerns to Project Managers in a timely manner.

Responsible for completing assigned deliverables with high quality and on time. Provide timely response to team members and external requests.


Comments:
3 - 5 years experience in training design and/or development.

Able to work in and contribute to a motivating and supportive team environment.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously. Microsoft Products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, other.df-tc
