? Applies organizational change management techniques and behaviors to identify and implement changes to the KP-IT environment with minimal adverse impact.
? Applies data gathering and analysis methods to collect, filter, organize and interpret data.
? Develops logical and/or physical data models to support users' information requirements and corporate system needs.
? Designs user interfaces, system processes/outputs and business logic components to integrate a logical group of functions and to meet user requirements.
? Properly assesses designs against requirements and recommends well-integrated solutions to clients.
? Applies testing methodologies to verify software or application operations.
? Meets deliverable deadlines as requested, sometimes within short-notice.
? Provides knowledgeable and timely 24x7 on-call production support; and actively uses Remedy for all incident/problem reporting and service request tracking.df-tc
