The candidate will be responsible for the development and unit testing of a new Tax EUC to meet Tax Department needs for the Consolidations project; will also resolve defects encountered during various testing cycles. The Tax EUC is an Access database that assimilates various data sources (including the PSOFT GL/Hyperion Essbase cube) to update and transform GL detail into tax level detail. Requirements also include separation of access rights and manual input forms. Individual will also be responsible for ensuring testing documentation is complete.

Strong Excel/Access skills; strong VB skills required. Knowledge of/prior experience with FAS 109 (Accounting for Income Taxes) desirable. Knowledge of Financial Systems, including PeopleSoft General Ledger, desirable (PSOFT sources data; EUC creates journal entries). Individual will work closely with the Tax Department to develop and test the EUC. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required.

Qualification Rating FNMACompany Default Category 2-4 years software development experience. 2+ Yrs. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Yes Expert experience in Change Management tools. 3 (Moderately Strong) of 5 (Expert) Post-graduate degree desired. Yes Professional certification(s) desired.
