We have an immediate need for a Senior TIBCO Developer.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position requires successful candidate to design, develop, support windows and web based applications. Requires business interaction and creation of technical requirements for each project. Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost effective solution for the systems design.

REQUIREMENTS: The minimum requirements include a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and five+ years of experience in the position offered or as a senior or lead developer. Candidate must be willing and able to work in a small team, fast paced environment.

TIBCO Developer required with the following skill set:

1) Expertise in TIBCO Business Works, EMS, Business Connect, with good understanding of the following BW Palettes: Database, File, Web Service, JMS.
2) Understanding of EDI Message formats
3) Strong understanding of XML technologies like XSD, XPath, XSLT etc.
4) Java or .NET experience desirable
5) Familiarity with Build and Release processes with AntHill

Tangible practical experience with the above toolset is a pre-requisite.

Evaluates systems specifications for complex business requirements, and develops and prepares computer solutions. Determines and implements the most efficient and cost effective solution (e.g. codes new or modified programs, reuses existing code through the use of program development software alternatives or integrates purchased solutions). Acts as a liaison between clients and applications area. Analyses problems outlined by systems analysts in terms of detailed equipment requirements and capabilities. Verifies program logic by preparing test data for trial runs. Works with Systems Analysts, operations technical staff and IT staff, as appropriate, in the testing and debugging of programs and participates in the overall systems testing. In conjunction with operations area technical staff, supports the implementation of the application into production. May confer with technical personnel. Performs related duties as assigned or requested. Receives general supervision, and is competent to work at the highest level of technical phases of programming while working on own most of the time.
