The Role Compliance (RCM) Senior Specialist will be responsible for hands on development, infrastructure and integration efforts with Food and Beverages current Role and Identity Management solution. The RCM Specialist will work with various Food and Beverage application/system teams and other staff developers to ensure that Food and Beverage Information Security Guidelines and standards are adhered to while meeting the requirements of access recertification and audit compliance.
The RCM Specialist must possess experience with Aveksa Role, Sun Identity, LDAP directories using JNDI, J2EE development and deployment on BEA WebLogic, and a good understanding of XML concepts; as well as foundational security infrastructure concepts across operating systems, networking, and n-tiered architectures.

The RCM Specialist will be expected to continuously improve the recertification processes for various systems taking into consideration SOD violations, while driving future direction and evolution of role based access management technologies and processes.

Responsibilites
Implementation of Aveksa Role solution.
Interaction with application/system teams that manage major user repositories and/or need to automate/standardize user access recertification process, to gather requirements, design and deliver solution to integrate with Food and Beverage RCM implementation
Development of role based access control framework based user access and business requirements for employees, contractors, customers or third parties.
Gather requirements and Guide/recommend the right process for applications access re-certifications, taking into consideration the impact to the environment and standards set in Food and Beverage.
Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation on requirements for associated projects.
Integration of ACM to Sun Java System Identity or other tools for access remediation (de-provisioning of user access) in systems.
Specifying technical requirements for leadership in the area of data integrity, privacy and security compliance
Specifying guidelines and supporting processes for role recertification, role management, administration and maintenance
Developing general purpose services, usable by a variety of authorized systems and applications
Create and maintain documentation for security related activities and metric reporting.
Advocate secure computing practices and procedures, and communicate Information Security best practices throughout the company.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly identifying the best option in a emergency situation
Ability to work with different teams and interact with technical and business folks across the Enterprise

Qualifying Questions:
1. Do you have 'hands-on' experience in Aveksa Role solution? If not, what other type have you used?
2. Do you have a minimum of years experience with Web application development using J2EE components such as JSP, Servlet, Web Service, JDBC, JNDI, etc., and experience with Web application deployment on Tomcat, BEA WebLogic platform? Where used?

This position requires the following qualifications and experience:
Bachelors or Master degree in Information Technology, a related discipline OR a minimum of 3 years information technology and security experience
3+ years of Role and Compliance experience with a focus in Aveksa Role and Compliance development and integration; understanding of business processes associated with user recertification audit cycles and ability to setup reviews and remediation solutions that meet complex business requirements preferred;
3+ years experience with Aveksa compliance manager administration, configuring identity & role data collectors, configuring reviews, reports, rule definitions and rule exceptions
2+ years experience of information security experience with a focus in Sun Identity development and integration; understanding of business processes associated with user management life cycle and ability to design and implement work-flow and rule-based provisioning solutions that meet complex business requirements preferred;
2+ years experience with Sun Directory Server; preferably development experience with LDAP via JNDI preferred;
Must have 3 years experience with Web application development using J2EE components such as JSP, Servlet, Web Service, JDBC, JNDI, etc., and experience with Web application deployment on Tomcat, BEA WebLogic platform; in addition to, performance tuning, configuration, support, and troubleshooting Web applications on Tomcat and Weblogic platforms
Must have a good understanding of XML concepts, experience with development using XML a plus
Working experience with building and using ANT, Shell and Perl scripts
2+ years experience and familiarity with most of the following: Microsoft NT/2000/2003 and Active Directory, Apache/IIS Web Servers, Oracle Database, Linux, HPUX, AIX, Microsoft Exchange
Demonstrated experience with all phases of the system development life cycle at an enterprise level;
Demonstrated project leadership experience handling multiple work-streams simultaneously;
Attention to detail;
Demonstrated track record as a team player;
