Development Lead/Manager - Microsoft Integration (#8426-24-MH1423)

A Thompson Technologies client has an immediate need for a Development Lead/Manager of Microsoft Integration for a permanent/direct-hire opportunity in Milford, CT.

In this role, the Development Lead/Manager will manage an offshore team and lead product development around Microsoft integration. You will own the technical and product roadmap based on client and product manager feedback.

NOTE: Must be eligible for permanent employment without visa sponsorship.

Requirements:

• BS Computer Science required, MS a plus.
• 9+ years of solid programming using C++/C#.
• Must have 2-3 years of experience as software development manager and/or team lead.
• Expert knowledge of integration involving Microsoft products such as Microsoft Office. Experience integrating SharePoint and/or Windows Desktop Search a plus.
• Experience managing an offshore team.
