Ajilon Consulting is seeking a strong Direct Marketing - Analytics Business/Database Analyst with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. You must be able to work in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment and possess superior analytical skills.

You responsibilities will include:
. Database analysis and modeling of marketing and financial reports.
. Designing and generating customized marketing and financial reports.
. Writing efficient and quality SQL queries for Business Analysis Reporting.
. Writing complex analytical queries on very large data sets.
. Validating and verifying data and resolving anomalies.
. Supporting employees, training, troubleshooting, and creating quick queries for excel export.
. Working directly with Senior Management on database reports and analysis.
. Performing regular analysis to monitor the business and identify trends and opportunities.

Experience/Skills
. Database mining and modeling.
. Marketing and financial analysis experience.
. 2 years+ experience writing SQL queries (MySQL and Microsoft Reporting Services a plus).
. Experience working in a Linux environment a plus.
. Direct Marketing experience a plus.
. Requires strong attention to detail and follow through.
. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines.
. Must be able to work independently, and have the tenacity to research and overcome problems.
