Job Summary

Manage/coordinate the core delivery activities in support of the SAP global deployment. Context of work will include managing the governance of the Wyeth global model related to deployments, monitoring delivery center deliverables, driving deliverables across the CoE workstreams, landscape coordination, and insuring coordination of expectations between the deployment sites and the core delivery capabilities. Supervises team members indirectly.

Job Responsibilities

Oversees core workstream deliverables across tech/dev, configuration, training, security, process governance, and data to insure consistent expectations across the deployment program. Works with the core PMO to manage the overall project plan and methodology.

Works with senior leadership and the core delivery areas to implement process improvements to drive efficiencies across the SAP global deployment program.

Works with the individual functional areas to support the rapid deployment of a standard global model across the Wyeth affiliates. Provides senior leadership of the SAP Solution Manager platform in order to insure consistent usage across the various functional teams.

Works with Basis, long term support, training, solution teams, and the global deployment teams to coordinate landscape changes and client management across the Wyeth single instance environment.

Work with senior CoE leadership to provide input into the overall SAP Strategic plan.

Basic Qualifications

BS/MS + 12 yrs. or Equiv. Exp.

PhD + 6-7 yrs.

6-7 years of experience managing large or complex teams in a matrix environment. Direct accountability for budgets and deadlines of unit.

Participation in previous SAP regional deployments is required

Relocation is available for this position.
