Director, Business Development - up to $200k + relocation for the right Candidate

This is a senior executive position. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing business strategy and sourcing new relationships to grow the Custom Partner Solutions business for FNCCC. This position requires an individual who is strategic and highly innovative, with demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Must have good industry contacts and expertise in: * Acquiring and development of partnerships and alliances. 1. Business case and proposal development 2. Creative solution development 3. New revenue stream identification Custom Partnership Solutions includes issuing and servicing programs (like out SunTrust deal), Custom Management programs (e.g. our Scotiabank client), Joint Venture ownership deals, and servicing of liquidating businesses. FNCCC has a sales team around the country that sources credit union, agent bank, and affinity deals. These sales personnel would be accessible to this person. We have financial analysts both in Atlanta and Omaha. Additional staff could be hired as deals are sourced.


Job Qualifications:
In addition to above mentioned attributes: 1. MBA preferred 2. 10+ years financial services experience of which a least 5 years must have been spent in Credit Cards. That experience needs to include acquiring partnerships and servicing credit agreements.df-tc
