Full-time position for: Director Customer Care. Our client is a Fortune 500 company. 6 requirements are listed, here:
(1) 10+ years industry experience .
(2) 5+ years in Customer Care
(3) 3+ years Managing a Customer Care Dept (ie setting vision/strategy, information architecture, navigation, budgets/expense control, etc)
(4) Experience working in a Customer Care Dept in a company with e-Business (B2C and/or B2B)
(5) Knowledge of basic Human Resources laws, regulations, policies and procedures
