TITLE: Director, Digital Business Operations

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the planning, tracking, of the portfolio of Customer Marketing and Sales Information Technology projects.
  • Manage (project-by-project) the requirements gathering, solution identification and implementation of technology projects by working with direct and indirect subject matters
  • Maintain frequent communication with peers and stakeholders on project objectives, statuses, issues, etc.
  • Primary contact to identify and or resolve day to day and short-term issues requiring technology solutions for the CMS department.
  • Assist in the documentation of use cases and functional requirements on a project-by-project basis
  • Manage the Help Desk ticket portfolio to ensure it is properly addressed by the Technology group
  • Approve Functional Requirements and User-testing for assigned projects
  • Announce new processes and workflow due to system enhancements
  • Participate as an Ad Sales representative for Technology on a project-by-project basis
  • Approve all releases for Help Desk Ticket-related fixes
  • Primary contact for CSRs and Planners for day to day issues with NCS
  • Meet with System Vendors and Media Industry ‘insiders’ to remain current with industry trends
  • Responsible for project-by-project communication, implementation and training for system enhancements and initiatives

    Required Qualifications
  • 8 years industry experience, 3+ systems years experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the successful implementation of technology to address business needs.
  • Experience with all major phases of system projects including ongoing user support.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skillsdf-tc
