Experience/Skills
#> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or relateddiscipline. 5+ years supervisory and management experience is required.#> 7-10 years of analytical, problem solving, end-user support, and systems architecture andmanagement experience within an Information Technology organization.#> Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, SQLServer, SharePoint Portal Server, Windows XP, and Office Professional.#> Extensive knowledge of Cisco (firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and protocols) and AvayaVOIP and phone system technologies.#> PMP and ITIL experience and certification is highly desirable.
