Description
Will be responsible for the direction, vision and planning of all information management infrastructures to ensure all operating systems and networks are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
These areas include: Wide area network, local area network, voice network, PC support including servers, radio frequency, and Data Center hardware and network management in an AS/400 and Unix environment. Develop IT business plans and budget plans that support both the long-term and short-term objectives of the business. Direct the planning, configuration, design, installation, maintenance, purchasing and support of corporate Radio Frequency, Telephone, Computer Hardware/Operating Systems, Voice, LAN and Network infrastructure. Oversee the development of security policies, procedures and standards and ensure compliance with departmental goals and procedures for all System and Network Platforms. Define, implement, support and maintain IT Disaster Recovery capabilities.

Experience/Skills
Must have Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 to 8 years Management experience in an AS/400 Technical Support / Operations environment. 10+ years IT expertise needed in various hardware platforms including: AS/400, UNIX, E-Mail, Networks, LANS, Voice and Data Center. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Must have Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to thing strategically and act tactically. Willingness to work flexible hours and the ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential. Personality-wise, looking for a motivated, personable, mentor type. Someone who enjoys their work and promotes team play and success.
