Director, Product Dev. & Professional Services

CFS is a provider of qualified individuals for specialized staff augmentation and project management initiatives. We focus solely on the Financial Services and we are seeking a Director of Product Development & Professional Services for our client located north of Boston.

Under general direction with a high level of autonomy, the Director of Product Development & Professional Services uses extensive knowledge and skills to provide leadership, direction and oversight to the Product (Software) Development and Professional Services organizations. In this role you will work closely with the executive leadership team to determine strategic direction, develop tactical plans and manage the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

·         Manage between 5-6 managers and interact with the sales person to help close Professional Services deals and work to staff those deals with general custom or dedicated teams.

·         Developing and implementing policies and procedures as they relate to software development and professional services.

·         Providing technical leadership in the application life cycle activities.

·         Developing and implementing organizational plans that will assure growth, development and maturity of the organization.

·         Serving as a change agent. Supporting, communicating and reinforcing changes in strategic initiatives.
