Description
Are you ready for your next challenge? Do you want to work on a great project, and create consistency on process and procedure? We have a client that needs someone to come in and work with the team and get a consistent process in place.

This person will have 3 direct reports and work as the Director of QA and Standards. This is a new role that was opened to create consistency in the software and functional development lifecycle. This person will work on this SAP project to create consistency on the scope and requirements definition to the deployment of upgrades etc. to further push the company standards, metrics, and quality plan. This person will need to be a visionary and strategist, this person will also work on SOX compliancy, as well as the quarterly verifications.

Job responsibilities:
-Manage and develop the standards and methodology for the definition and documentation of business requirements/functional design, and for the configuration, development and testing of all designs.
-Manage Internal Audits, plan and manage all the QA reviews performed by the implementation partners, including recommendations.
-Manage the definition, development, and maintenance of the overall program deliverable definitions, including ownership of roles for each deliverable (accountable, reviewer, approver, etc.)
-Manage the gold standards for common deliverables and standards for the development lifecycle.
-Lead the development of the overall risk management function and track/report compliance to quality standards.
-Perform internal quality audits of project deliverables, and project adherence to quality and risk management.

Pluses:
Black Belt experience
Experience with SAP is a plus but not required
