Description
  • Lead the Testing Practice Life Sciences area in securing and completing large projects and guide practice area in a strong growth curve.
  • Travel to client sites and do testing assessments involving processes, architecture, automation tools, resources, onshore/offshore models, QA, etc.
  • Work with the sales team to develop project proposals and work with the client to close deals.
  • Overall will be responsible for project managers/testers, client interface, and P&L.

    Required Skills:

  • At least 15 years IT experience with 2+ years Director-level experience with a top tier consulting firm.
  • Extensive background with Testing Practice management, including sales, delivery, and technical knowledge.
  • Outstanding business development and proposal generation skills.
  • Successful candidate must have a great mix of technical expertise, high energy, and top tier consulting firm interface ability and experience.
  • Keys to this position include experience in the following: assessing large client environments then creating/closing testing project sales proposals, managing at least 30+ testing resources (prefer more), possessing solid technical experience in automated software testing.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to gain respect at the CXX level.
  • Extensive Life Sciences vertical experience a must.
