Director of Enrollment - Admissions - recruiting - university

Do you have 5 years of experience working in university enrollment or admissions?

If so. read on!

What you need for this position:

* 5 years of admissions or enrollment experience at the university level
* Experience with the strategic utilization of financial aid leveraging
* Familiarity with alternative delivery systems, online/distance learning and/or hybrid programs
* Good sense of future opportunities to enhance the success in identifying new markets
* Strong knowledge and utilization of the most contemporary enrollment management practices
* Understanding of current and emerging technology related to recruitment and communication
* Strong background in managing, motivating and training staff
* Minimum Bachelor's degree, advanced degree is preferred
* Ability to travel nationally and internationally

What you will be doing:

* Serve as the chief strategist in redefining and enhancing the school's current recruitment practices and in the creation and implementation of new enrollment management practices
* Report to the Executive Dean and will oversee the offices of admissions and financial aid
* Serve as a member of the Executive Team and other committees
* Engage academic leaders, faculty administrators, staff as well as alumni and key constituents to enroll graduate and doctoral students
* Develop strategic enrollment models to assist in institutional planning as well as a clearly defined enrollment plan to meet the goals and expectations
* Deploy financial aid resources to meet the needs of both new and continuing students
* Assist in the refinement and implementation of the our marketing plans
