Description
Prestigious Enterprise Company, located in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago, is currently seeking a Director of Global Service Delivery. Candidate is accountable for the planning of overall IT Services offered to the business and ensuring future IT Service needs are captured, designed and provided in a timely and cost effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

-IT Service outcome and IT Service delivery quality

-Initiation of Continuous Service Improvement Program (CSIP) for IT Services

-Integration of IT Service structure to provide value and enablement within the business process

-Update of the IT Service Portfolio, IT Service Catalog with approved IT Service modifications

-Establishment and agreement of realistic Service Level Goals with the business

-Establishment of IT Service pricing and chargeback information where appropriate

-Approval of IT Service improvements aligned with IT Service strategy

-Work with Business Relationship Managers to ensure current IT Services meet business needs and relevant to the defined IT Services offerings

-Definition of a roadmap for future IT Services

-Definition of IT Service bundles and IT Service Components to fulfill business needs, regulatory requirements and operational efficiencies

-Accountability for the Service Levels, measurements, service bundles, resources, pricing and internal IT cost allocations

-Design of IT Service options between quality and cost based on business needs and IT capabilities and completeness of IT Services


Skills:
- Forecasting abilities of IT Service needs based on business requirements

- Ability to align IT service offerings with business strategy, via an acute understanding of business needs and the ability to translate those needs into technology solutions that IT can provide

- IT Service Management knowledge and process knowledge

- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport and persuades others

- Solid project management skills, especially in a cross-functional environment

- Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people


Education/Experience

- Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline/or equivant experience

- Experience in managing customer facing organizations providing solutions to meet business needs

- Competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management

- Successfully developed and implemented new solutions to meet business needsdf-tc
