Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all IT Operations, information security, and data center operations
- Manage enterprise data center with 200+ servers, as well as 300+ desktops
- Manage operations for hosted B2B Web applications for 4 Million business users in a highly complex, high availability environment
- Provide 99.99% system uptime and improve system and application performance
- Implement network, application and performance monitoring software
- Monitor the global production environment and troubleshoot production issues
- Remain on-call for emergencies involving the technology infrastructure
- Manage annual technology budget, including telecommunications and technology vendors

What you need:

- BSEE or CS or related
- 5+ years Network or Data Center Operations management experience, specifically for a large technology or Internet company
- Extensive experience in a complex software environment, preferably in a Microsoft environment
- Experience with Network Operations and Software technologies such as: Windows/IIS/SQL/.NET/ASP, TFS, CISCO, Idera, Nagios, Cacti, Firewalls, VMWare, MS Active Directory and Exchange.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining core network infrastructure involving massive amounts of data needed to be secured, replicated, archived and delivered to end users with high reliabilityV
- Strong understanding of hardware, security, storage area network, and database capacity.
- Demonstrated experience with direct involvement of 24/7 maintenance
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to synthesize technical data for non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel up to 30% or as needed
