Description
. Create and maintain a formal Project Management
Office for my client.
. Manage a team of project managers distributed throughout
the organization
. Develop a set of Project Management best-practices - including
processes for the entire project life cycle from conception through
deployment and maintenance.
. Implement standard practices and policies with team of project
managers throughout the organization.
. Provide tools and processes for project and resource management
across the entire company.
. Conduct regular Project Priorities meeting with Exec staff.
. Work with Resource Managers to create a mechanism for accurate
resource allocation across the organization which can be available at
any time.
. Interface will project sponsors to insure proper project management
processes are implement and being utilized effectively.
. Provide career growth opportunities for team members

. Detailed understanding of the product life cycle for hardware and
software development
. Experience in fast-paced, matrixed technical development
organizations
. 7+ years of Project Management experience
. Experience leading a team of project managers
. Excellent written and verbal skills
. PMI Certification
