SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage successful relationships between Qpass and strategic sales partners, including Tier One System Integrators and leading technology companies. Develop plans to achieve defined objectives of maintaining and growing Qpass revenue / account penetration, and efficient execution through the support of Qpass resources.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Build relationships, define, and close strategic partnership relationships with strategic partners including leading system integrators and technology firms that have established global sales channels.
? Via these channel partners, secure new revenue and accounts for Qpass to achieve quarterly and annual goals
? Analyze new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize and retain Qpass customers through channel partners.
? Deliver training, coaching, and business strategy services to strategic partners to help them win new business with Qpass software
? Negotiate and renegotiate business opportunities.
? Conduct the above activities to support global Qpass sales objectives.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Resolve complex account service issues through negotiation or escalation to senior management.
? Leadership within Qpass for the channel sales strategy globally.
? Accomplish objectives by facilitating efficient and effective relationships between internal resources and strategic partners.
? Support tactical sales opportunities as required, globally.
? Establish objectives, reporting, and performance measurement processes.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
? 7+ Years Sales and Business Development Experience, of which at least 3 in sales and 2 in Channel Sales.
? Strong presentation skills.
? Strong oral/written communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills
? Business development experience with effective negotiation skills for forming durable, actionable, and productive (revenue, accounts) partnerships
? Extensive problem solving skills

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
? Technology expertise, particularly in advanced telecom technologies for next generation services (IP, data, and other premium service types)
? Knowledge of existing telecom infrastructure, and the types of solutions and services delivered by tier one system integrators.
? MBA strongly preferreddf-tc
