Director of Technology

We are looking for a Director of Technology in New York, NY. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in the ecommerce, Internet publishing, or related fields. The position will provide ongoing software maintenance, add-ons, deployment, and all areas of software development. The company works on a UNIX platform and Ruby-on-Rails, so that experience would be a PLUS!

The candidate MUST have the following:

BS degree in related IT field
Proven leadership skills and management of remote teams as well
Ruby on Rails
The candidate must also be familiar with social networking and related applications
