Requirements of the Director of Web Development:Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Business Information Management 7+ years experience in web design, development and implementation 3+ years of managing a web development team.Experience in HTML/XHTML/ DHTML, JavaScript, Proficient in standards-based, pure CSS layouts, solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions, classic ASP, ASP 2.0, ASP.net, A/B and Multi-variant testing, and SEO techniques.Comprehensive understanding of web analytics and testing tools.
