This is a technical development position that focuses primarily on designing and testing statements and letters utilizing the HP Dialogue document composition software tools. The candidate will lead projects, create business requirements and system documentation, design documents, execute test scenarios and be responsible for problem resolution. 5-7 years experience designing documents using the HP Dialogue software tools. This position requires a self starter with strong technical skills to design documents efficiently and demonstrate the ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems. The candidate must have outstanding communication and documentation skills with the ability to prioritize assignments to meet deliverables and deadlines. A proactive learner who utilizes new technologies and who can propose process improvements. A detail-oriented person who works well as part of a team and is customer focused. The ability to multi-task is essential.
