Major Position Responsibilities:
1. Provides business practice concepts to formulate contract deliverable documentation related to requirements specifications, detailed design and system documentation to implement the functionality of the DC MMIS DDI solution in accordance to the District and ACS DC standards.
2. Develop document processes / procedures, perform quality reviews and train DDI teams for deliverable documentation.
3. Manages SharePoint document storage application.
4. Performs quality reviews of all required deliverable documents to ensure formatting is consistent and document deliverables follow the standard processes and procedures.
5. Manage and coordinate staff locally and from (possibly) multiple remote locations to oversee implementation of the technical solution.
6. Direct Staff assigned to team to insure adherence and success of Master Project Plan for document deliverables..
7. Collaborate with other DC MMIS DDI Teams and the District to successfully implement a quality documentation program.
8. Performs analyses of existing documentation to incorporate into the new DC MMIS DDI documentation for delivery.
9. Provides guidance and assists in the training of less experienced staff.
10. All other duties as assigned.

Desired qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Experience with Title XIX or XXI healthcare programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Healthcare with emphasis related to developing documentation.
3. Proven ability to manage and coordinate remote staff from multiple locations and oversee implementation of the business practices and technical solutions.
4. Detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
5. Maturity of judgment under pressure/ability to resolve problems in a timely, effective manner.
6. Flexibility and ability to handle varied functions/conflicting demands.
7. Good written/report writing and verbal communications skills demonstrating clarity.

PREFERRED:
1. Experience with health care delivery, documentation format and standard process protocols.
2. Familiarity with project workplan software (Ex. Microsoft Project)
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel software.
4. Familiarity with business and systems life cycle methodology.
5. Experience in fast pace environment and driven to meet all project deliverable deadlines.
