Description
PLANIT Technology Group is currently seeking a Documentum Support Analyst for a direct hire position with our client in Newport News, VA.

The role is to provide Documentum technical support for any issue reported, work independently and provide standard process troubleshooting.

Essential Duties:
* Consistently troubleshoot reported issues
* Develop and maintain strong understanding of policies and procedures for both Technical Customer Service and Information Systems departments.
* Demonstrate a high level of "creative thinking" in troubleshooting techniques.
* Develop project management skills by participating in IT Services and Operation projects.
* Verify accuracy in documentation for new hardware associates and work with trainers to distribute information to all Technical Customer Service associates.

Required Skills/Experience:
* Documentum knowledge in a Help Desk/Technical Analyst role required
* Website ordering processes experience a plus
* General SQL understanding
