Company located in North Phoenix is searching for a software engineer with solid production experience to help meet and exceed their goals. Must work well in a small team setting, have good organizational, communication, and project management skills and the desire to learn new and existing technologies outside of normal programming responsibilities. Must be a quick study, self-starter and comfortable with fast turnaround times.Job Summary:This position is responsible for day-to-day technical changes on web-sites, in addition to working with Sr. Web Producers to improve sites, drive traffic and increase revenue. Sharing innovations with entire engineering group and being a member of project teams (Social Networking, Web 2.0 Initiatives, etc) and Search Engine optimization are focuses of this position.
