Advanced Platform team is building the next generation of application platform to enable development and integration of large-scale software applications. The approach of building software applications is changing from individual application development to building composite software leveraging reusable software components and services. The challenges are
(1) to architect and engineer a high performance, reliable, secure and scalable Integration Platform using Web Services and SOA;
(2) to engineer a Web Services fabric platform for managing and monitoring web services;
(3) to design business services layer using SOA concepts;
(4) to engineer a high performance and scalable data integration and interaction platform that can support huge data volume and provide interfaces to multiple data sources;
(5) to define common services framework api; to design a standard data and application integration protocol;
(6) to design a user experience platform to make UI applications easier to develop by reusing same UI objects.

We are seeking highly motivated Software Engineers to build our multi-layer advanced platform technologies. Person in this role will be part of the design and implementation for integration platform and services framework, Data Integration, or User experience platform. This job will require solid hands-on coding skills, deep understanding of services-oriented architecture, Web Services, ability to work in cross functional teams, strong design and interpersonal skills.

Preferences will be given to candidates with knowledge in a significant number of the following areas: WCF, WF, Web Services, T-SQL, SQL Server, MS Office Systems, IIS, ASP.NET, XML, .NET Framework, C#, Services Oriented Architecture, software and web-service security, performance, reliability and scalability.

The top 4-5 technical skills required are:
Extensive .NET C# programming.

SQL Server 2005/T-SQL

NET 3.0 - WCF/WF (strongly desired)

Biztalk Server (strongly desired)

Key deliverables this person will be responsible for: Design documents. Code implementations. Bug fixes.
