Be able to help create softward from an in-house specification document. Ability to work on a development team, yet also be self starter. need to be able to document work (create object models and Entity relationships diagrams, commented code). experience with RUP or XP software methodology desired. Strong object oriented programming skills, expecially in C#/Net, ASP net, ADO net and SQL server with Unit testing, ERD object models, OOP concepts, Test driven Development. Self starter. Position Requirements: Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and makes recommendations to solve problems. May require an advanced degree and at least 2-4 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experiences and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
