Project Description: Part of a dynamic, creative, enthusiastic team, this position requires an individual who is passionate about technology, and dedicated to providing excellent customer and application support. This role includes building and supporting web applications as well as working on developing reusable components and development standards. This position will be involved in development projects as well as supporting existing applications. Strong analytical, written and verbal skills as well as the ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience is required. MUST be able to function in an agile environment, with iterative processes and loose formal requirements.Position Details: The candidate needs a solid technical background including object oriented design. Specifically technical abilities using Microsoft .NET technologies, as well as familiarity with Oracle databases. Strong experience implementing and following software development methodologies such as eXtreme Programming, and test driven development. Additional experience with talent assessment applications, or supporting highly technical clients is required.
