REQUIREMENTS: Successful performance in this position requires the following:

Required Qualifications:
. 4 year Degree in IT
. 8+ years of experience in data design, data architecture, and data analysis
. 3+ years of experience in guiding and managing other team members
. . Experience defining technical expectations and goals of projects
. . 3+ years in the IT industry and a good understanding of the full life cycle of development
. . Development experience with Microsoft web technologies and database programming
. . Experience with ASP, ASP.Net, C#, SQL, XML, COM, JavaScript, VBScript, VB.Net, HTML, VSS
.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform data assessment, data mapping, requirements gathering, review data access patterns and data test scenario creation in an InfoManger, SQL Server 2000 and Hyperion environment. Define data needs, type of fields, length of fields, and impact to information architecture, schema, where it should be located. Create and implement data strategy and models for integrated reporting structures including transactions, financials, expectations, operations and management reports. Perform data analysis on existing corporate data impacting reports being created. Data mapping between source and target databases, mapping screen fields to database columns. Integrate data requirements with business and systems analysis. Identify, define and document complex corporate business rules as they pertain to data. Integrate project level data perspectives into the more generic corporate level view without sacrificing content and integrity. Manage all projects assigned and guide the activities of other development and data warehousing team members.
