Onshore WEB Technical Lead:
This person should be a dynamic individual with the ability to multi-task. He/She will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects and acting as the liason between the offshore development team and the onshore ME team. Great communication skills both written and verbal are required. This person must show attention to detail, and provide transparency around project development, testing, and delivery.
