E-commerce Web Developer - Houston, TX

Position Overview:
You will be responsible for maintaining content and brand image on our E-commerce Website.

Responsibilities:
Design and maintain large Web based B2B and B2C E-commerce components and applications
Manage weekly product promotions on the Websites, reinforcing these with e-mail promotions.
Ensure all products are categorized appropriately so that customers can navigate to it easily.
Ensure best in class online customer experience, both on own brand sites and on those of white label partners.
Monitor ordering and take action on carts that haven't been checked out
Manage the company Websites ensuring all necessary commercial and functional changes are made in a timely fashion.
Monitor competitor Websites and online trends and ensure recommendations are made to help keep Mattress Firm at the forefront of E-commerce marketing
Monitor analytics and management reports and highlight areas of failure and success, then develop recommendations and take appropriate action
Manage the relationship with affiliate networks or affiliate agencies, SEO companies, e-mail broadcasters and other E-commerce related marketing partners
Generate both regular and ad hoc reports and add commentary.
Line manage and develop a small team of staff in line with company values and strategy.
Help design and construct Web Pages/sites taking SEO techniques in to account.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience with building dynamic, media-rich Websites with sophisticated E-commerce engines and CRM functionality
Bachelor's in MIS/Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience with HTML, ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL, XML, .NET Framework.
3-5 years of experience with Visual Studio and Object Oriented Design
3-5 years of work experience with SQL Database Management/Optimization
2-4 years of experience with CSS, JavaScript, VBScript, Web Services and AJAX is highly preferred.
