Description
Responsible for planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of customer complex business requirements enabled using SPL EAM. Responsible for leading the system configuration process including conducting workshops. As a member of the dedicated project team, candidate will work on all phases of the project.

* Lead and facilitate customer workshops to introduce system features and work closely with customer to determine best way to configure software to business needs.
* Participate and provide an overview of our System Configuration Methodology.
* Lead the Configuration Workshops, including agenda preparation, meeting facilitation, business process discussions, detailed explanation of each *configurable* item, and recommendations when appropriate.
* Support the Workflow Scenario Workshop by providing sample workflows from other projects, assisting the customer in development of workflow scenarios, and facilitating the system testing during the workshop.
* Gather requirements for data migration, interface design and product enhancements.
* Work with team to complete design and development of application deliverables.
* Work with third party vendors and clients to understand the system integrations processes and writes the Functional Specifications for the interfaces to applications.
* Support end-user training and provide on-site assistance during application rollout in the production environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS:

* Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
* Workshop facilitation skills
* Strong application knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management /Computerized Maintenance Management software with emphasis in maintenance management, fleet management, asset management, purchasing, inventory, and customer service applications
* Operational knowledge of the utility, water and waste water, public sector and/or manufacturing vertical industries
* Multitasking capabilities to enable effective performance on multiple projects

DESIRED SKILLS:

* Solid knowledge and experience with databases in general and relational database in particular (Oracle preferred)
* Experience with SQL and/or other query languages
* Experience with GIS systems
* Experience with GBA Master Series (gbaMS)
