High Level Description:
Monitor E-commerce processes 24x7x360 - 2 Resolve issues on Electronic Commerce Gateway system. Translator is Application Integrator (AI). EDI application is GXS Enterprise.

Description:
Provide internal Food and Beverage users with EDI/E-commerce services, to meet growing customer demands. This includes working with the application teams technical and functional users as well as trading partners in the development of E-commerce solutions, including:
- Reviewing retailer implementation guidelines and comparing it against application data available, to identify any gaps
- Creating mapping documentation, to show how source data maps to the Client, and any special rules/lookups that need to be performed to meet the requirements
- Creating maps, based on detailed mapping documentation
- Identifying & setting up various communications methods with internal and external trading partners, including but not limited to: AS2, FTP, VAN
- Provide Unix script support, primarily used to encrypt/decrypt data during data transmission processing
- Performing extensive unit, system and integrated testing with all transactions, from application to retailer on outbound documents and from retailer to application on inbound documents
- Technical advisor to internal business users for GIS environment-related activities
- Works with managers/leads to coordinate transition activities
- Monitors, reports and communicates and the progress, status, risks and issues of business users activities to management
- Partner with business process owners, BIS functional leads and BIS Global Technology and Architecture organization on complex projects and implementations to communicate support requirements and process changes
- Provide production support for all implemented transactions, including researching missing/failed transmissions, 824/864 notification follow-up, and retransmission of documents
- Bring potential development and support issues to the larger ECG team for discussion and resolution

Minimum Requirements
- College degree (BS/BA)
- A broad understanding of the Food and Beverage business functions, especially Bottlers and their specific business drivers
- Strong knowledge of E-commerce processes at a detailed level, including EDI and XML industry standards
- Technical skills and prior programming experience are required
- Minimum 4 years experience in B2B eCommerce transactions/processes and tools, including at least 2 years specific experience with Sterling GIS v4.3+ data mapping/transformation and TP communications setups
- Strong familiarity in data transmission modes such as FTP, EDIINT/AS2 and VAN
- Unix skills required, including Scripting knowledge
- Travel
