Description
Direct Position with CDI Engineering located onsite at plant in Mobile, Al.

Candidates are required to be familiar with basic electrical design and specification and supporting calculations- MCC's, motors, starters, cable sizing, DCS interface and heat tracking. Familiar with basic electrical design and specification and supporting calculations - MCCs, motors, starters, cable sizing, DCS interface, heat tracing. =09
Working knowledge of electrical distribution through medium voltage typical of a chemical process plant =09
Ability to interface with plant operations and maintenance personnel to develop technical work scopes to resolve plant requirements =09
Ability to communicate design requirements to construction personnel, follow construction progress and resolve installation questions and issues =09
Ability to supervise designers in preparation of drawings to support electrical projects.=09

Preferred Experience: Familar with cost estimates for equipment, materials and Labor

Value Add: Experience in managing electrical projects: Controlling scope, cost and schedule.
