Job Description:

EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

- Experience developing Web based training courses using Forceten Structure Builder.
- Ability to follow current Metadata Standards.
- Experience with developing, testing, and deploying Web based training required.
- Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design as it relates to Web based training.
- Experience using criterion-referenced instruction and test construction.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business environments
- Knowledge of audio engineering, including recording and editing of digital audio using Soundforge, or other digital audio editors.
- Good problem solving and communication skills.

JOB SKILLS:
- Masters degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) desired.
- Experience as a Liaison to customers on training projects.
- Working knowledge of HTML and javascripting preferred.
